While on my travels for work my family was looking to relocate to Florida from Virginia. My coworker gave me his realtor and suggested that I use her. After speaking with the realtor she informed me that she had to leave to be with her ill mother and recommended Tiffany and said that I would be in good hands. While looking for our home in Florida we put our home in Virginia on the market. Tiffany was very thorough when we had questions about certain things that we didn't have knowledge of such as having a whole home water system. Tiffany also negotiated several things with the builder that allowed us to get exactly what we wanted on our must have list. Even with the pandemic and the builder being strict on walk thru days Tiffany was very professional in aiding us and we did our own walk through separately and marked up items that needed to be fixed in addition to what the builder saw. After closing Tiffany got us the nicest gifts and still checks on us even a month after closing and said that she will send us reminders of things we need to do prior to our 1 year fix it warranty is up. I don't like moving our going through the hassle of buying or selling but if we ever need to do so in Florida we would ask Tiffany again no question.
